How much will each download cost me?
Each download (Eye Candy, Eye & Ear Candy or Ear Candy) costs $4.50. This charge will be billed to your mobile phone account by your carrier.
GPRS/WAP data charges may also apply from your carrier for downloading the image or sound. Please refer to your carrier contract details to determine if data charges apply.
How do I buy an image or sound file?
Select from Eye Candy (Wallpapers), Ear & Ear Candy (Wallpapers with sound) or Ear Candy (Sound only) on the top menu bar.
View the file selection and click on the one you want.
A pop-up window will appear on your browser and you will need to select the type of mobile phone you have. Once you select the phone type you will be provided with a code for that download.
To purchase that particular download, SMS the appropriate code to the number listed.
Once you send your code you will receive the multimedia message with the file you selected. Note: You must have MMS enabled and working on your mobile phone to receive the image.
Don't forget to save the image to your phone.
What if my phone type is not listed?
If your phone is not listed then it is probably not compatible with MMS messaging and your phone may not be able to receive the downloads.
However, if you know your phone is MMS compatible, please email the model number to enq@messagenet.com.au and we will update the compatibility list.
Do I need to have my phone set up for MMS messaging?
Yes, your phone needs to be MMS compatible and set up for receiving MMS messages. To enable MMS on your phone, please contact your carrier.
